The Client Architect (CA) is responsible for working with the customer, sales and operations in developing and architecting complex solutions for customers to be integrated into the FireHost portfolio of services.
The role is to work with and assist customers and sales in gathering requirements to meet the customer’s expectation of the opportunity. Their role helps ensure that FireHost’s strategy fits within the customer's demand, that the strategy is deployed appropriately and all technical questions are answered. The Client Architect may supervise small ad-hoc teams during high profile or technically challenging opportunities.
The Client Architect will work as a primary resource to the solutions by following the 4D process defined below;
Define: Follows a highly adaptive self-defined method to work with customers to understand their business and technical situations and in defining the success criteria
Design: Collaboratively explore options to customers' business problems to qualitatively and quantitatively assess and document the gaps of the opportunity
Develop: Help customers understand FireHost’s proposed solution(s), based on the functional requirements documented and make recommended approaches inclusive of FireHost’s products and services by demonstrating and proposing potential solutions
Deploy: Seeks confirmation of fit and value and secures the closure of the technical sale by gaining the support of multiple technical and business influencers
