Our Secure Server monitoring service goes beyond simple ping checks to test web application responsiveness. If a problem occurs, we immediately send an alert, create a ticket in your Customer Portal and start troubleshooting the issue.
24x7x365 Monitoring and Response is included for all customers. The service includes one website or application per Secure Server. Monitoring two or more websites or services can be done for $5 per month each.
