With our High-Availability hosting configuration, websites experience virtually no unscheduled downtime, ever, often times for several years. Our systems monitor your FireHost Secure Server for hardware failure and will immediately re-deploy your server to another physical server should a hardware failure occur.
A High-Availability configuration may be deployed on any FireHost Secure Server. If our High-Availability monitor detects a malfunction on your primary Secure Server, our HA software redirects traffic to a mirrored stand by Secure Server while it attempts to restart and/or repair the primary Secure Server. With HA failover, web applications could experience a brief window of downtime as the failover mechanism remediates and re-appropriates traffic to the healthy Secure Server standing by.
